Wayfinding Program

Lots of Places to Go, Let Us Help You!

The Wayfinding Guide Program is the first patient-centered program in the nation to offer patients direct guidance to locations around the health system. Interns are available to guide patients throughout UF Health during weekdays between 8 AM – 8 PM and weekends from 10 AM – 4 PM.

To request a Wayfinder, please call or text 352-327-8009. Be sure to include your name, your current location, your desired location, and any descriptive characteristics (i.e. what color shirt you are wearing) to help locate you. An intern wearing an orange polo will arrive and guide you to your destination. It may take up to 10 minutes for an intern to assist you, so please plan accordingly. If you would like to schedule a Wayfinder for a future date, please call to make an appointment.
